JPMSF Summer Concert Sweepstakes

Sponsored by the John Pettibone Memorial Scholarship Fund

1.  Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by the John Pettibone Memorial Scholarship Fund ("JPMSF"), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

2.  Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on May 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 1, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The winner will be selected on or about June 2, 2026.

3.  Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Void where prohibited by law.

• Employees, board members, volunteers, and immediate family members of JPMSF are not eligible to win.

4.  No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A free method of entry is available as described in Section 5. Participants who choose to make a voluntary donation will receive one (1) additional entry, which increases their chances of winning relative to participants who enter only once. Donating does not guarantee a win.

5.  How to Enter

Free Entry (Required for Legal Compliance)

Participants may enter at no cost by completing the official online entry form at https://www.johnpettibonescholarship.org/ and selecting the free entry option.

• Limit: One (1) free entry per person per household.

• Entry form must be fully completed to be eligible.

Donation-Based Bonus Entry (Optional)

Participants who make a voluntary donation of any amount to JPMSF during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) additional entry.

• Limit: One (1) bonus entry per person, regardless of donation amount.

• Donations support JPMSF scholarship funding and are not required to enter or win.

• All entries — free and donation-based — are combined into a single entry pool for the drawing.

6.  Entry Conditions

• Limit of two (2) total entries per person (one free + one donation-based).

• Entries must be complete and accurate to be eligible.

• Entries submitted by third parties, bots, or automated means are void.

• Duplicate or fraudulent entries will result in disqualification.

• JPMSF reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

7.  Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Four (4) VIP Harbor Club tickets to see James Taylor

• Event Date: June 22, 2026

• Venue: Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater, Bridgeport, CT

• VIP parking pass included

• Harbor Club access included

• IMPORTANT: Food and beverage inside the Harbor Club are NOT included. All food and beverage purchases are the sole responsibility of the winner and guests.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $800

Prize Conditions:

• Event is rain or shine; no substitution for weather.

• If the event is rescheduled, tickets will transfer to the new date.

• If the event is canceled entirely, no cash equivalent or substitute prize will be provided.

• Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

• Prize must be accepted as awarded.

8.  Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about June 2, 2026, using a verifiable randomization method (e.g., Random.org or equivalent). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9.  Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at entry within 48 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. JPMSF is not responsible for failed, delayed, or undelivered notifications due to technical issues or incorrect contact information provided at entry.

10.  Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. As the prize ARV exceeds $600, JPMSF may be required to issue a Form 1099-MISC to the winner in accordance with IRS regulations. The winner may be required to provide a completed W-9 form prior to prize fulfillment.

11.  General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of JPMSF, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. JPMSF reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry process. JPMSF reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Sweepstakes at any time if circumstances beyond its control compromise its integrity, subject to applicable law.

12.  Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner consents to the use of their name, general location (city/town), and likeness by JPMSF for promotional and publicity purposes in any media without further notice or compensation.

13.  Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless JPMSF, its board members, officers, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize. JPMSF is not responsible for technical failures, lost or incomplete entries, printing errors, or any problem that may affect the administration of the Sweepstakes.

14.  Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut. By participating, entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15.  Privacy

Personal information collected through this Sweepstakes will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration and, if the participant opts in, for JPMSF communications. 16.  Compliance Statement

This promotion is a sweepstakes, not a raffle or lottery. Because no purchase is necessary, a free and equal method of entry is provided, and the winner is selected by random drawing, this Sweepstakes complies with applicable Connecticut promotional law and does not require a municipal or state permit.
